Currently we are operating at normal capacity. There are also no delays reported by the couriers we use for deliveries. We are constantly monitoring this situation and will provide updates here.

We accept Credit & Debit cards as well as Apple Pay and PayPal We'll soon offer Klarna as an alternative way to spread the cost of your purchases should you wish to do so.

If you created an account during the checkout stage. Simply login to your account and click My Orders. On the relevant order, you'll find the relevant courier tracking information. If you've placed the order as a guest, you can still track the order using the guest tracking functionality. A link to that can be found in your order confirmation email.

If your order has not yet been shipped we may be able to edit or cancel it. Simply contact an agent via Live Chat for the quickest response.

If you'd like to return an item you can do so within your customer account. Alternatively you can contact customer support via e-Mail or Live Chat.
